Happy Valentines Day :) This is the binding of Isaac but I only hug everyone with my Candy Heart and I lose magic mushroom and sacred heart and every other item you can imagine because it made it into a card sadge.

Also that shot speed thing might be due to how he coded certain things. In the basic programming languages, Objects (Tears in this case) take a certain number of steps at set in between intervals. If he programmed the steps in the direction issac is shooting too high, it might completely Teleport past the Enemy Hitbox, that or it has to do with immunity frames. I'm not a full on programmer yet, but that's some basics I kinda know.

"Steps" basically just relate to position changes by the x or y axis of the screen in order to give objects "movement" in this kind of game anyways. So if an Enemy hitbox is at a set point of position x- 50 to 60 and y-10 to 15. An object moving at 15 steps every 0.001 seconds might completely bypass the hitbox because it's 15 Position change could completely skip over the 10 range hitbox.
