One of the only things that makes me mad about this wave is that they couldn’t give Aspheera an actual tail. They gave one to Pythor, I don’t see why they couldn’t give one to her

@Zachariah Johnson I would say just get a Pythor Crystalized Tail Piece and paint the white parts gray/light gray because they are they have the same armor on their tails in the show, just pythor is white and aspheera’s is light gray/gray

24:43 yea they totally shoulda given Esphera a full snake tail, that was something I was upset about when season 11 came out, aswell as not getting a unpowered esphera, we only got fire, and now crystal ver.

@@Sleeping_Doggo it will if you painted in orange and a bit of yellow trust me I tried because I have legacy purple Pythor and saison 11 Aspheera and it was cool just needed a fire looking color

Yea agreed, if legacy continues for like 9 more years we could get one for her Cant believe im thinking about season 11 legacy sets 3 years after they got released for the first time, wow No hate to season 11 of course, just feel like aspheera needs both a snake tail and non-fire version

I love how the concept of oni and dragons is coming back up so much in this wave. The ninja have their dragon forms, and Lloyd has his oni form with his new ultra dragon, the crystal king’s mask and the vengestone warriors’ heads look like a cross between an oni and a dragon, and Wu and Garmadon show up in the samurai x set with Wu’s dragon armor and Garmadon’s oni form.

I really like Pythor, Garmadon, and the Incomplete Crystal King which is one of the many reasons The Crystal King and Samurai X Mech are gonna be the first sets I buy

13:18 Another thing to add, Lloyd has a few loose tan wraps on his suit that weren't there during the first twelve episodes or the trailer, so I'd assume the minifigure is either not canon or he's receiving some sort of suit change later on in the season excluding his Oni form.

It’s weird but I think Crystalized Kai’s plain suit maybe my favorite ninja suit. There’s something about it that’s so clean.

Yea i kinda feel the same about Lloyd's suit, I feel like the oni form would look better with the legacy skulkin shoulders (garmadons armour) in golden

This line up is amazing! Such great figures for this wave, Lego really pulled out all the stops to make these the best thy could, especially all the Golden Ninja, and Nya's new suit. Nya and Cole are my favorite!

I do understand why u might not like the jay suit as much as I do but I appreciate its dark colors just because it makes it looks like an actual ninja suit but I do agree it does make it a little bland in design

(Possible spoiler theory alert) What if the overlord is the fsm brother with the overlord having both oni and dragon powers just like the fsm, but with more from the oni side what created his darkness element while the fsm had more from the dragon side what created the "light" element from the first 2 seasons, just like wu and garmadon have both oni and dragon side, but garmadon manifested the oni side more while wu manifested the dragon side more. And with that the crystal king is an oni-dragon form that the overlord unlocked. Lloyd will have it as well, but his face looks more like an oni probably because he took lessons with garmadon to unlock his power and garmadon unlocked only his oni form

Imagine if Wu had a dragon form since Garmadon has an Oni form. They are brothers and a dragon form would let him enter the fight without his age holding him back.

I'm really not a big fan of the major emphasis on the gold this season. I think the figures pull it off better than the vehicles, but I feel like the gold ninja mask on the gold armor variants are too much

The best of the normal suits is Jay, the best of the golden suits is Zane and the best of the golden dragon suits is also Zane. Oni Lloyd is pretty cool as well although that price isn't worth. Dragon Jay is disappointing, should've used translucent navy Blue. Wu and Garmadon are awesome. The generals are incredible, some even better than their original counterpart. Crystal King is definitely the overlord and that is awesome (even tho he sucked in rebooted). Samurai X Nya looks awesome. Better version of the Legacy one imo. Overall, this set wave is something else. Yeah some of the sets are overpriced but still.

Imo best of normal suits is Jay, my favorite of golden suits is Cole, my favorite golden dragon figure is a tie between Cole and Jay, but I agree they should’ve used trans blue on Jay’s wings

I absolutely love the Nelson minifigure! I’m so happy to see that be got an all new face print and not the generic child face that he used to have. Something that saddens me is that I thought this wave of minifigures was a perfect chance to get Antonia, but I guess I was wrong to think that. But why does Nelson have short legs!? He has mid legs now in the show…so that’s a missed opportunity

I was a lil shocked Zane is my favorite of the golden dragon forms. Growing up Kai was always my favorite but the first big Ninjago set I was able to get was zanes dragon and he was the only dx ninja I ever owned

I think Golden suit jay, would been perfect for me, if it had only his right arm gold, like in season 1. Also the coles normal suit reminds me little bit of the season 1 suit aswell

Actually, the first spinjitzu master was half oni and half dragon, making garmadon and wu 25 percent oni and 25 percent dragon, therefore lloyd is 12.5 percent dragon, and 12.5 percent oni

I got Golden Cole , Golden dragon Kai , one of the vengestone brutes and General Aspheera but I'm gonna try getting Golden Jay , nya , Wu , oni Garmadon, Lil Nelson, Lloyd, vengestone warrior, vengestone guard, two armed crystal king , General Harumi , General Pythor, General Mechanic

Awesome I like all those Ninjago minifigures also why is it unfortunate that Garmadon had his legacy face it’s not unfortunate for me I don’t really have a problem with it I mean I like it for what it is even if it is a face we’ve seen before it doesn’t bother me whatsoever also what looked boring and what was out of place?

i like golden dragon forms but also sad lego split up each dragon form into one set (as got basic & golden suites all done with order of temple, minoutaur and ultra dragon) but for all figures this season price is insane if you want all figures & sets.

The thing that makes me mad about this is that they couldn't at least add in 2 nya minifigure to complete the collection of all 6 of the ninja like at least add a normal crystallized nya suit and a armor version and that they couldn't at least also add a armor crystallize lloyd

Im very tempted to switch mr fs visor for the mask of vengance (its the only one the colossus didnt destroy), whenever the crystallised sets decide to come out in my country, its been a month and there nowhere to be seen

The yellow rlly bothers me, Lego always does it and it means we almost never get accurate Jay powered up figures, it still looks great but trans regular or dark blue would’ve looked great that way it wouldn’t have looked too similar to Zane while still having more accurate colors for Jay

Did you know; Ash (the elemental master of smoke) has a overlord symbol on his belt, any idea what this means? Edit: I saw this first in the scène where the ninja arrive at the harbour (to board Chen's boat), and i know that he does not have it on his minifigure.
