Genuinely always worked for me with Surfshark, no lie, if it ever does come up it’s usually because I haven’t refreshed the webpage - they have loads of servers for the same country e.g. if Frankfurt doesn’t work then you can connect to Berlin etc etc

The fada means you would over pronounce the "ah" sound so it would be just normal Ciarán. Or you could say Ciar-ah-n
