Man, I love how savage Michael is when it comes to Toby. Like Michael Scott or not, he helped put Scranton on the map, and promoted the legit Cugino's for their tasty bread (sadly it closed in 2022). For Scott's Tots, I just love how Stanley already knew ten years before that it would turn out this way, and he found it very humorous. I like how when he said "laptop", the students are like "Huh at least I get a neat laptop-" and go into a rage when he says battery. At least Michael motivated them and kept them off the streets, so there's that!

Michael obviously brought a ton of entertainment value to the show, but I'm always amazed at how many people are convinced he's a good person. He's wildly inconsiderate and offensive; his scattered good moments don't make up for the dozen times in every episode that he makes someone uncomfortable.

There are so many instances where either Michael or Dwight should’ve been fired or arrested, but due to the clients and money they bring in they are allowed to continue to do what they do with hardly any consequences. Like any company it’s all about their bottom line, and as much as they can criticize their methods there’s not much they can actually do to get rid of them without losing the money.
