I just bought 4 of these today , thats why im here today to tell you about my first day usung them ... When you say LINESMAN PLIERS ... These particular pliers are not Linesman pliers. They are (Damaged) Screw Extraction Pliers. Linesman Pliers implies (usage for Electricians) So today i was using them as an electrician and they suck ! I was so excited to get my hands on them 😭but they just dont meet (my) requirements as an electrician. 1) The cutter is too short 😒 2)The , the tip is confusing. When working with electrical (Copper) wires (Ironically they DO NOT GRIP) according to how i need them to. I kept on putting them down and grabbed my normal pair of pliers . I hear the passion in your voice kid . You are holding in your hands a masterpiece and i bought 4 of them today to hand down to each of my kids so it can serve them a lifetime. The sad reality is this is a 3 or 4 times a year use plier 🥺 ... Which is a damn shame coz its so well made but it serves no other purpose but to remove damaged screws !

Great video! Can you please give me a suggestion, if you can. Any idea if these pliers can remove a rusted screw that just keeps spinning. The screw has plenty of area to grip the head, but I have tried all other methods (includind wd-40, hammering to break the rust, wedging thin objects under the head) and nothing works! Have you tried these pliers on such a task? Any advice would be very welcome. Thanks!

Wont help much, you can give it a shot, pulling and turning to reengage the threads, if its a thin material, drill it out, get a dril or grinder and cut or drill the head of, and push it through, if its a long thread, or thick material, you can try a combination of these pliers and heating the material with a torch for expansion and contraction.

@@james_gatlinunfortunately drilling is not an option...this rusted screw is located in the fridge, which is holding the panel that cases the fan and all the wires...I appreciate the honest response though
