Very tasty and refreshing dessert!
180 ml of water
120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
150 g of sugar
30 g cornstarch
100 g of sweetened condensed milk
3 Egg yolks or 1 egg
Zest of 1 lemon
50 g butter
i whipped up 100 g of cold whipped cream with 8 g of vanilla sugar (for decoration)
