here is a recipe that will please everyone and especially so easy to make!
Ingredients:
200ml lukewarm milk
1 egg
3 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 sachet of dehydrated yeast
300g flour
for stuffing grated cheese + feta cheese
1 egg yolk for the gilding
cook for about 20/25 minutes at 180 °

My grandmother is almost turning 109,she still walks for a long distance without any problem.When we go to the village she is always happy to help us prepare the meals,chopping potatoes,and preparing pease for cooking...she usually take sugarcane nicely,we usually think the reason for her longevity is because around her 70-80yrs years she was having stomach problems,so there is this lady who advised her to be eating raw food,and cayenne pepper...,she usually put very little cooking oil in her food,no milk,no meat alots of fruits and vegetables..she always eat little amount of food...her eyes,teeth,and bones are very strong.She gave birth to 13 children's,,

this is delicious. I didn't have any feta so I used sharp and mozerella with green onions. Instead of egg on top I used minced garlic with melted butter and softened cream cheese under the cheese. Almost garlic bread, but lighter!
