Scott is like Batman or Captain America, he has to be able to reliably do those incredible dodges or he would be cooked whenever he faces big hitters.

And that's why Superman, despite his super speed, reflexes, awareness etc gets hit hard pretty much all the time, because he can tank almost everything and it looks nice, most of the time.

I know they're completely different universes. But I can't be the only one who wishes. The X men would meet the Justice League and I'm talking to DC. AU versions God that would be exciting. Mutants still get peak human enhancements, so they are normally stronger than normal humans, faster, with agility, etc. it’s what I like about the Deadpool movies. They aren’t super strong, but def way stronger than a normal person.

Here she slices off Bastion's wings using the move she learned from Abscissa earlier in the season. Then uses the force from her fireworks to augment her throwing strength. Yeah agreed. But I still liked that they did offer bastion kindness. What made bastion interesting to me was objectively he had no choice in what he was, he was forcibly altered from birth by two AI robots that were constantly in his head and forcing him to have this mentality so you can’t really say who was truly bastion. But in the end he was too far gone and he chose to die rather than grab their hand. Again like you say not all villains need to be redeemed and sometimes a tragic villain is TRAGIC because you could have seen them changing but in the end they didn’t. But even if they did try to redeem/help bastion I would have been ok with it because unlike other redeemed villains who boil down to “I had a sad backstory/bad things happened to me so any bad actions I did are justified/excused”, you could make the argument bastion truly didn’t have control on who he was/wasn’t who he truly was which could make for interesting stories. Still turned out great regardless

The Blue Area of the Moon has many ruins from before Attilan was there. The Kree built it and the Watcher lives there. It is important to the X-Men comics as it is where Jean and the X-Men fight the Shi'ar Imperial Guard before she dies after the Dark Phoenix saga.
