Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs - 1200 grams (2.65 pounds)
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Olive oil
Butter - 15 grams (0.5 ounces)
Honey - 3 tablespoons
Sweet Chili Sauce - 4 tablespoons
Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
Lemon Juice - 1/2 lemon
Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
1 onion - 120 grams (4.2 ounces)
4 carrot - 200 grams (7 ounces)
6 potatoes - 700 grams (1.5 pounds)
Black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
3 cloves of garlic
A bunch of parsley

Very tasty looking recipe and easy to prepare will definitely try it. I do however find the length of the video somewhat frustrating. Perhaps it's just me but I get impatient when every piece of meat gets seasoned individually, every potato gets cut individually, etc. I prefer a little editing ... I get the idea after the first one.
