recipe and ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Make cuts in the chicken breast
Salt and pepper on both sides
Melt 30 g of butter in vegetable oil
100 grams of flour
Dredge the fillet on both sides
Fry the steak for 3-4 minutes on both sides
Remove chicken breast from pan
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
240ml chicken broth
180 ml thick cream
Grate 70 g of parmesan on a fine grater
salt, basil
chili flakes
Cut 100 g of dried tomatoes in oil
Mix well
Place the fried steak and pour the sauce on top
Fry for 4-6 minutes
Chop fresh basil
Everything is ready!
