In this video I talk about trekking food and the general supply concept for multi-day tours. The main focus is on the most efficient food that is caloric, light and nutritious at the same time. I present specific products for the three meals of the day, such as the freeze-dried products from Trek'n Eat or Tactical Foodpack, which are popular for ultralight trekking. At the end I show an example calculation for a 10-day trekking tour.
0:00 - Calories & Nutrients
4:08 - Dinner
9:30 - Breakfast
10:59 - Snacks
16:22 - Aftercare
