ive been thinking about… what happens if khamzat LOSES his fight with paulo costa …. i really think that if he loses, you may get an opportunity faster than you think to fight this guy….it makes sense to me that if he loses, they may feed him to you on your way up the ladder…he’s a beast, but i don’t think he can beat you…. i believe you have what it takes to show everyone that you’re this guys kryptonite… and you can shock everyone by actually making it look easy. good luck, i’m positive you will not disappoint, and will be a future ufc champion. really look forward to watching your path as a ufc fighter. 2:38

6:10 I'd actually love to hear more about this, I feel like Bo could not only teach a lot of his fans how to get stronger but I feel like every one of his fans knows Bo is way stronger than he might look and we've all met that kind of guy before, but not many of us know how that works, how muscles can get so compact and look small but can be stronger than a bigger looking one.

Unfortunately a lot of that has to do with genetics. Training can help, but only so much.

So he is 27 now and has been training in wrestling for 2 decades. I compare that to these guys who work these extremely physical jobs like construction workers, farmers, etc, so while they don't have the showy muscles of a bodybuilder, what they do have is all day muscle endurance and strength.

It’s partly true, as strength goes up it would he hard for Bo to manage- that’s why he is a middle weight. You only know this if you have dealt with extremely strong athletes, like some HW’s, strong men, or NFL/D1 players

It's gonna be real interesting to see who can solve this Bo Nickal puzzle, if continues developing this way. His wrestling doesn't need no compliments and he is such a natural in boxing and BJJ. Chimaev vs Bo Nickal might one day be the highest level fight we've ever seen in MMA. I'd add Shavkat Rakhmonov into that mix, I can simply see his frame being perfect for 185, one day!
