On lesson 42 in ACIM. Feeling depressed and sad. Worse today than yesterday. Going through a lot of gulit....fleeting thoughts of not wanting to continue on...not only with the course...but in general. Hoping this will stop soon, I don't like it.

I think it is part of the purification process, usually it is darkest before dawn, don't give up! I have had a similar experience but with extreme fear, which faded in a day or two and then the cycle repeated. Each time I learned something. Just keep going, one step at a time ❤ you are not alone in whatever you are feeling!

yes, everyone likes the idea of spiritual awakening, almost romantic, but the reality is that its a journey INTO fear. acceptance allows the energy to pass… go do lesson 10 with those thoughts… properly!❤

Beyond the vile there is almost endless choice of life experience, and none so dense and limited as this. I often like to refer to Jesus teaching from the new Testament in this regard where he says my father’s house has many mansions … If you look in my experiences playlist you will find my encounter with the blue people , I hope you enjoy it❤
