What a sweet young woman Frances is - Frances is okay :) Lovely home where she and her husband have made it their own space all the while respecting the original bones of the home. I love the 'office' and the split level plant stand - the lazy Susan bases were such a surprise and clever idea. Frances is my next door neighbor. Thank you for showing off her beautiful home and plants! You must return to her house this summer to see her garden. She has done an unbelievable job transforming her yard. Our neighborhood has greatly benefited from Frances’ sweat equity. This was a very fun tour, Linda and Stewart! Frances is so clever, and the macramé and hanging plants brought back lots of memories. I admire that she was able to pack so many (thriving!) plants into her home but it didn’t feel claustrophobic. You look darling, Linda, in your outfit….but then you always do.

I am 60 years young and I love Boho just as much as my 30 year old daughter. I live in Florida not from from the Gulf of Mexico. So I do a “beachy boho” look. I enjoy thrifting and adding new with the old. I have many houseplants too and many orchids outside on my lanai. I love all types of home styles and it was just difficult to choose one. I love that you showcase all aesthetics of style on your show. Also, she has a beautiful shell chandelier. I may have to find one like that.

I love her plant aesthetic. I am not one to put up big shelves for just plants, I like to make them part of my decor. Frances has done a beautiful job of this. I tend to not be as mid-century modern and like more cottage style, but she and her home are lovely.

Linda, you look divine! I loved every single piece of your outfit! The scarf was beyond lovely and I wear JCrew jackets from 5-20 years back myself. Stewart, I always SO appreciate your style with video… slow and detail catching. I’m hyper aware of you and your careful efforts. It really matters! You really are a huge part of it and we all notice! Frances is so very lovely and upbeat and just fun. She has so much creativity and warmth in how she presents herself and the house. What a lovely tour; my daughter loves the Bohemian style, and thrifts everything. Growing up with Danish Modern and Spanish style (at different times), I wanted Edwardian, Craftsmen and Eastlake styles as an adult, but we do have a lot of different styles mixed together. I like that she’s got so many wonderful pots and has a knack of displaying her plants to their advantage. There are no wrong ways to decorate if it’s something you truly love.

The light in this home is incredible. I have houseplant envy. Love it all - so nice to see young(er) people who love these old homes. Very cool, eclectic mix and nice to see thrifting and family heirlooms. Great scarf (and proper pronounciation...lol). I think she meant the flea at the Rose Bowl?

Watching your home tours videos Has inspired me to love the quirky aspects of my own 1938 Spanish mission style home. I am now embracing my small charming rooms and I’ve watched them come to life with indoor plants and thrifted items no less. Who knew! A wonderful video a wonderful home decorated with wonderful items…..loved all of it❤️. My husband and I just returned yesterday from a trip to Taos, Sante Fe and also Arches National Park in Moab. Arches is breathtaking and I totally understand why she had pictures framed of some of the arches. My favorite arch was titled, “ The 3 Gossips”. I found a couple local shops in town with some artists rendition of the arch. Sante Fe is my favorite!!! We toured Georgia O’Keeffe’s house and studio and that was a highlight of the trip. So much fun. Plus I loved your outfit. Hi to Stewart too!

Linda, love her esthetic! I’m 67 and embraces the summer of love and old hippie vibe. Glad it’s made a resurgence. Indian and Asian items mix nicely with many styles to add a nice artsy touch. I especially love pieces like this. Plants certainly do enhance a home as well. I have quite a few but I’ll be buying more right away. Loved her climbing monstera in the living room. I want one!!! Thrifting is what I mostly live for. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
