I grew up not far from Chicago, and I’m here to tell you, seeing a kid with a live-size doll by himself would not be the most shocking thing I’ve seen on the L. And no, I honestly don’t think anyone would do anything about it, nor do I think the station workers would care enough to stop him from getting on the train without a pass. +John Seiguy Well, in the second one they remade him at the factory, I have no fucking clue why. He escapes and gets killed in the Factory where he was rebuilt at the end. By the 3rd move, he's again put back together again. By the 4th, Tiffany bribes a cop to get his remains from the evidance locker and she puts him back together, then revives his soul using the spell. Neglected in the second and third movie, I might add. The 5th one, he was revived by Glen while at the Hollywood makeup studio thing, in the 6th he was still alive to begin with, but appears to be working with Tiffany again. There aren't 7 movies, there is only 6.

ThisName DoesntMatter Andy was in Military camp. Chucky ends up being able to be able to posses the other child because he was reborn into a 'new' body which resets the whole 'first person you tell your secret to' rule. In Bride of Chucky they ended up where Tiffany lives because she bribed a cop to get his parts out of the evidence locker after he was chopped up by the fan in the 3rd Child's Play movie.

@@stella4072 the voodoo and shit makes it a better movie but throughout the rest of the films it makes u wonder how people can be so naive after many many counts of a killer chucky doll, especially in the cult of chucky
@stella4072
@stella4072 5 жыл бұрын
@@Dynasty8 In the eighties, Voodoo was scary because people were ignorant about it in Western society, and a lot more subtle in real life. The loas (Voodoo gods and spirits) are just forces of the Earth and Universe in personification embodiments. A.I. is scarier and this movie kept me up all night because horror is meant to do that. Horror is meant to reflect us as people and how we are as a society to face our fears. Since A.I. is on the rise in availability and advanced levels. Child's Play is telling us how to monitor our behavior and environment to A.I. and how we teach it. This story by Don Mancini is more timeless and less ignorant than the original.

He might have muscles but then our reviewer of this movie commented that the mother threw Chucky very easily in the scene where he said that she should have thrown him into the fireplace. The movie follows the premise that the soul's strength translates to physical strength. He has the power of his human body pushing the doll - kind of like how poltergeists throw things across a room except confined to the body of the doll.

After watching it as an adult, I clearly remember only feeling fright when the doll did not move and my imagination got loose, was the doll possessing Andy? Could the doll transform into the killer? Yeah, watching it now make it seem sillier than I remember. Also I just learned this movie's title was supposed to be Batteries not Included, to add to the stupidity.

I'm not sure if this name is clever or stupid. It's one of the two for sure.

+ZenoDovahkiin It's mainly stupid because only one part of the Movie revolves No Batteries(When Andy's Mom finds out he is alive)

Batteries included means that there is batteries in the box but NOT inside the toy. It also informs you if you need to buy batteries or not.

Did anyone notice that Chucky was left-handed in this movie, but is right-handed in the rest of the movies afterwards?

Now I see why some people draw parallels between Springtrap [from FNaF3] and Chucky... -Both have a murderer's soul trapped inside them. -Both are surprisingly strong for having almost no parts that would make that so. [Spring is rusty and probably short-circuited during Afton's death, and Chucky is a doll] -Both got set on fire at some point. [But it didn't work permanently] -I think the "I always come back" quote originally came from Chucky?? -Both go after small children. -Vents.
