No AFR 2017. I'm going to assume that you are unfamiliar with the character Venom. As a symbiote, venom is composed of two individuals: Venom himself and its host, in this case Eddie Brock. As such, Venom never uses the word "I" or "me" when speaking of himself. He says "us" and "we." This has been an established part of the character since time immortal. That the director chose to ignore this sacred tenet of Venom's lore is very sinnable.

9:48 Remove that sin, he hears Peter screaming and recognizes his voice. That's how he knew it was him, and before anyone says something like "Oh, but he couldn't tell if someone else was ringing the bell" he knew the church was empty. Besides, he probably would've known what time it was before he went in the church to begin with. Wouldn't anyone be suspicious if they heard the bell ringing when they knew it wasn't supposed to?

This movie was meh, but I do love the scene where the sand guy is first trying to figure out how to stay together. There was something utterly heartbreaking about him reaching for the locket and not being able to pick it up because his hand fell apart.

@@NYR23LGR it doesn't make sense to me either. It was kind of a funny scene at 5:58 where Mary Jane thought the applause was for her. And it didn't even make much sense that they were applauding Spider-Man since he wasn't even seen yet, lol. It's not that hard to figure out that if an applause is for you, they will be looking at you while clapping. But they were facing the other way with Mary Jane and they couldn't even see Spidey, lol lol

3:37 there’s another sin for the movie. short term memory refers to actions and thoughts immediately after thinking/doing them, which does not explain how Harry forgot about Peter being spider-man. if it was a real consultation, the doctor (whatever his name is) would have said “particularly, recent memories”, which would show that his mind has experienced sever damage, but short term memory loss is more likely to be experienced when, for example, having alzheimer’s: the individuals can’t remember things they were doing a few seconds ago.

With all the questionable things picked at by this channel I can’t believe he didn’t list how Harry could’ve easily pushed venom or knocked him a bit instead of just letting him kill him to save Peter. There was clearly time for it. Plus conveniently Peter uses the pain as fuel to break loose but really Harry could’ve just pushed venom to buy time. & Sandman’s clothes become sand too? Idk seems weird

Right so, Harry Osborne, current CEO of OSCORP had invited all of his classmates to his funeral or had someone invite his classmates. I know he didn’t wish death upon anyone, but like you said it was just high school shit. It didn’t go any further, flash got beat up and then Harry said “dude that was awesome” and they became buddy enough to where Harry would want him at his funeral? Plus that CANT be good for security.
