It not a speech to put in a movie to be taken seriously : no matter how people, who do not care their children enough, exist: in these times of crisis, instead, people hardly have children because they have no job, or have to work a lot to compensate the salary

And this one sin will make up for the lack of sin that should have came. You see a baby that stays eternally young is not normal, the baby is not normal so long as it does not age due to the formula, also good luck just poofing into an adult. This baby also would lack the nutrients to oh you know be an adult, and good luck surviving in the human world as an adult if you go straight from a baby to an adult without learning all the things you would naturally learn by growing. You would not learn sex ed, you would not learn school, and where would you even find a school that would even accept you, also are we even going to mention jobs, good luck getting Beyond a homeless person or that guy who lives off the land in the woods that's become something of a local Legend. While the brain continues to develop they are getting the resources to develop this brain through well obviously the normal food that's being fed by the parents, but they're also possibly getting it from their regular formula, and even if you say that all of the nutrition that the baby has accumulated in their life has been stored in their bodies to allow them to magically become an adult even though they would cook themselves alive from the cellular division. This still does not explain how they could have the special biology to allow all of this wrong impression to be compressed into something small enough that they look like your normal baby on the outside. 4:16 I think what the movie was implying is that since the babies forget about baby corp at some age, everyone in the baby team except the boss baby aren't in the management department of baby corp, they're just babies who at that point still remember baby corp that were selected for the mission. however at 4:32 they mention the fact that the babies can talk but i think that's just because they were smart babies that were selected for the mission but have normal lives outside of baby corp and will eventually forget. this is why after the events of the movies the babies go back to their original lives, not back to baby corp, and when they grow up they forget about everything and become policemen/mayors/wives of mayors. This also explains 13:47 or i'm spending too much time trying to fill in plot holes.

Great movie, it shows the bonding between a father and his daughter which is really beautiful. It even shows how kids these days are pressurised to work hard give their best do lots of H.W. and stuff when they should actually be having fun at this age. The movie is heartwarming.
