I really enjoy all the fortified desert wines actually they have, its insane. Not just Marsala or Port...Its a wide variety of em. Then you get into Frizante semi sparkling varieties. Typical Franciacorta Or Spumante types, allot to try, like champagne. The Frizante is nice like a Moscato D'Asti, you really get the sweat fruit. Spumante fer that dry complex barel aged champagne. One thing if you work lunch in Italian restaurants. You meet all the wine sales people every week. Probably the best way to learn
