Great video! Contrast is a common complaint and you're the first review out of about 10 I've watched that addressed changing the contrast.

I love this watch.- i have it for 1 Year .- just replaces the battery.- great quality.- is a casio on steroids!!!!!!!

Hell yeah!!!!!! Just make sure u close the back lid REALLY TIGHT!!!!! Otherwise it will leak inside the watch!!!!! But this is bulletproof!!! Even after that let it dry and it will work like a champion!!!!!!!

The contrast is my biggest concern for this watch, otherwise it is comfortable and quite durable. Takes the same battery as a car remote key fob too. Nice.

Are you able to keep the weather bar graph to stay on the watch face? Rather than scrolling through stuff to find it? I just wanna look at my watch as I’m at work real quick to see any weather changes

My watch has trouble with the backlight. It works unstable, it's weak and I nearly can't see anything, and sometimes it also blinking. It's really annoying when I want to see it in the dark

QUESTION -- Does this watch have the option of changing the numerals to "black" with a "grey" background?? I find that my watch has weak "grey" numerals even after adjusting the contrast.

My Sunto Core is displaying time and time instead of time and date and I can't figure out how to switch it back. I've been in and set the date (which was already correct) byt the "home screen" still displays Time/Time :-/

Nor will mine. His is bright daylight; in low light can’t see shit! I’ve learned it’s the nature of a “negative” display. The watch had great features but if you can’t see it how useful is it?

Hi, I have my Suunto Core (yellow) for some years now and so far no problems, until today. Today I changed the battery and all of a sudden the Core will not exit from setup! I can't set up the clock, date, nothing! It's just stuck in this "version, contrast, pressure,..." I can browse through that but I can't exit. Pressing those 4 buttons, no change at all.. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi, have not heard of this problem before. The only thing I can suggest is to take out battery then put it back in. See if anything changes. Good luck

@@TerraRangerGold Thanks, yeah that's the first thing I've done (several times) but no go. It seams that all the adjustments remain the same. So I think I need a factory reset..

I have the same issue.Light button keeps resetting to 12:00.I tried the sleep mode and took the battery out and it still does it.Im about to contact Suuntu.

It does this because the battery inside the watch is weak and ready to die. My all black Core was doing the same exact thing today. Whenever I pressed the light button, the time set mode activates to 12:00AM. I replaced the battery inside my Core with a brand new battery and it's back to normal and works well without the time set mode activating like it used to whenever I press the light button. Also, I noticed that the "battery low" symbol on the top of the watch display was showing indicating that the battery inside my watch was low. It's no longer showing now that I replaced the battery with a brand new battery. Replace the battery in your all black Core and it will no longer activate the time set mode whenever you press the light button.
