The “YOU CAN TALK???” scene probably was because Cake is wearing the device that allowed Lady Ranicorn to speak English in Adventure Time. The one Jake threw to the bottom of a lake.

So I think that scene will be Simon telling Betty he’s gonna come with her to Australia instead of his trip to Scandinavia which means he never buys the ice crown and doesn’t survive the mushroom war and marceline never starts hunting vampires. As she says”you’re the reason I fight vampires” in stakes

Honestly I feel like it would make sense if finn had got his jake tattoo BEFORE he died. Idk, it’s not uncommon for people to get tattoos of their loved ones. And jake was his best friend and brother so I feel like that would be a perfectly good explanation. He just got it while he was alive…

I dont feel like the Fin we know and love is dimension hopping to find a new Jake, but rather a Fin where Jake is still alive and the tattoos are just drunk brother love stuff bros do for each other to show their passion. Plus, Fin told us before that when Jake died he was at an all time low, so i dont feel he would still be himself mentally. The tattoo in the trailer is also a different color.

In Fionna's room you can see some references to adventure time episodes, such as: a banana peel on the ground, a poster that may be Susan Stong/ Kara, an alarm clock that is clearly BMO and a grape soda can that is a reference to super porp.

In short, you should really just watch the whole show because it’s really good and there’s a lot of plot and lore that’s so interesting and you get so invested the characters really it’s one of the best shows of all time in my op, so you should watch it all

I think that character in the store with Prince Gumball is meant to be the gender bent version of Lady Rainicorn, the colour palette matches the horse we saw in the Fionna and Cake episodes of Adventure Time proper

theory: Fionna and Cake’s world is a wish reality created by the girl we see upset about Simon not making Fionna and Cake stories. Think about it, it would explain the glitches in their world, why the red figure (if its prismo’s boss) is mad and wants to kill them, why we see farm world Finn, and why we see the versions of Fionna and Cake characters as normal people.

It's going to be interesting seeing the final product after all our theorizing. I've had a few, but the only ones I'm confident in are Malus/Abraxas and Betty-Golb showing up. This might actually be the most cosmic AT has ever gotten, which I would love to see, just a huge, weird story on a level with Together Again where we get a new adventure while catching up with our favorite characters. I'm so hyped for this, it's been forever since I've had something like this to look forward too (the new season of Futurama has been very hit or miss so far).

I think that little girl is going to win over Simon bc he is going to be reminded of Marcy and see all the ways she turned out in the other places, I think he is going to watch over her now. There were some realizations about bad parenting in one of the episodes, so I feel like he is going to step up and be her friend if he ever gets back to his correct universe. Plus missing Betty, Marcy not needing him, Finn and Jake off wherever doing their thing, so its interesting to say the least. I just have a feeling Simon is going to make a new friend and keep the fan fic going for her bc now Simon has an appreciation for the real fionna and cake after traveling the multiverse together.

Theory on the lil girl protaganist: she IS the old lady from ooo, when the garage door is closing on her you can see she's wearing a bracelet and it looks exactly like the collar cake is wearing when she's still a normal cat after the reality shift. Theory is that this bracelet let's you change or stay in your original form or let's you change in other universes, she is also wearing the same getup as the old lady backpack etc very far stretch but idk light hearted rough draft

My bet is that Fiona and cake are an alternate universe. They cross over to the adventure time world and are anomalies, something happens where Fiona try’s to stay in the universe to avoid going back. Prismo tries to warn her but the boss interferes and then a whole drama ensues. Then in the end she needs to save the world of Oo with fin so she sacrifices herself but prismo does some manic editing where he sends all of Fiona and cake adventures to ice king as a form of a dream like the red laser we saw so Fiona and cake can still exist in the adventure time universe and not be an anomaly and then the show ends as a bunch of adventures.

A couple things: when Fionna is shocked at Cake talking, she is shown with the bunny hat, but also in the scene where they escape the city...Cake ISN'T there. They must have been separated for a while when they first get there. During this, Fionna learns about the series from the fangirl and Cake somehow turns magical. Also...what's up with that weird collar Cake is wearing later in the trailer? That thing isn't on her any other point in the trailer. Also I feel like 13:48 is the point where Cake becomes magical.

Personally when I saw PB's and Marceline's 'daughter' my first thought was that it's just another gum person from the mother gum who is maybeeee somehow connected to vampires- which isn't that unlikely if vampires are more common in the timeline.

And some of them were spot on observations. But to use the theme of the video itself; isn't the fun we had speculating just as real as the actual truth? I say it is; the little girl stuff was fun to listen to even though it ended up being a wild goose chase. As you say, it's fun looking back. Speculating and theorizing leads to dead ends too, but that's part of the thrill! ;P A video with a lot of interesting new ideas is one worth getting some things wrong to have over just a recap.

I think when we saw the Finn from oo with the tattoo bec Jake was dead got tired and tried to get Jake which was in the dead world and in the ending of that episode they went through a portal that brings them to life but they got transported into the wrong dimension so they stayed there this is why the ruined land of oo there are statutes of them to remember them as historical hero or smt like that

I always thought the route they would take is that Fionna is the prime universe and she created everything else but in a weird quantum way, the opposite is also true. Kind of like how people do time travel shows where the protagonist has to go back in time to set up the events that would allow cause his past self to get caught in events that lead to him having to go back in time to set up events that would allow his past self to.... you get it lol

The jake in the trailer is probably one of Jakes (great-)grandkids, if you really want to give a mystical reason for it, I really think you could make a case for charlie being responsible for her fathers ressurrection. Charlie could do a reading like she did on herself, on bronwyn or someone close to finn and find out how devestated he'd become without jake. Finn in together again, is probably looking for his Jake, and not mentioning any other jake at all, could mean that a reincarnation happened to Jake once between his Death and Finns
