Here’s a simple theory for you, prismo explains that magic in the farm world is non existent, meaning he can’t do much there because that requires magic, as for the crown, it’s not magical, it’s technically mechanical, and so is the bomb explaining why they exist. The decreased amount of his power in the farm world is simply because of that one rule, magic doesn’t really exist there.

I recommend watching Tron Uprising. It's short, only 19 episodes due to its cancellation but it has some solid lore. Transformers: Prime is another show with great lore
