It's nice to see a conductor that is in sync with the dancers. Like the extra pause for that awesome balance at the end!! Bravo!

Its actually the dancer that has to listen to the conductor. The conductor can’t really follow the dancer. It’s the dancers responsibility to follow the rhythm

They are supposed to. The conductor watches the dancer and instruct the orchestra to pause, accelerate or slow down. In Russia, the conductor is well versed in dance as well not just music.

There should be basic agreement, but allowing flexibility for things that happen in the moment. However, if the conductor just follows along with whatever the dancers are doing, the music will not be properly supporting them, not to mention sounding like crap.

This is such a cute variation, and she performs it so well. The best part is her balance at the end when she looks out at the crowd like "oh yeah, I just did that!"

She makes the dance look so effortless. She's in pointe shoes but the way she moves so easily is like she is dancing in regular ballet shoes. She is so very good at this! I have seen people with prettier turns than her but the way she floats up on her toes is just so beautiful I can't help but say that she is a wonderful dancer. :)

This is a perfect characterization, which I’ve certainly rarely seen. The playful and flirtatious way of looking at the audience; the speed and lightness; the floating way her feet move....everything is completely in character, and she has melded herself to the character. Quite amazing!

There is no one I've seen that has danced this variation better. If anyone wanted to see this variation done PERFECTLY, this is it. I don't see how she could improve it except to grow wings. I love her.

Какая прелесть! Какая нежность, легкость! Как крохотная волшебная феечка, подхваченные воздухом. Балет-- это дикий труд, но движения исполнительницы настолько естественны и непринужденны, как будто это дано ей от рождения, свойство её природы. И это не музыка ведет ее, а она ведет музыку! Великолепно! Умница!!!

Grande impressione di facilità esecutiva d'acchito e di levità fluente fatta tensione elanista e motile sorprendente nella ballerina.Ottima la fibrillazione dei passi sulle punte in eundo veloce el suivre il ritmo quasi avesse immiata l'euritmia melodica.
