Дорогие друзья! Я рада, наконец, опубликовать первую часть класса. Начнём, разумеется, с экзерсиса у станка. В этом уроке я соединила всё то, что обычно необходимо мне для качественного разогрева перед репетицией и просто для ежедневного поддержания формы. Здесь мои самые любимые движения, именно эти технические элементы, на мой взгляд, необходимы для координации. Надеюсь, вам они тоже буду полезны. Впереди также экзерсис на середине и прыжки.

Dear friends! I’m so happy to finally share with you the first part of my classes. Of course we will start with barre exercises. In this video I combined everything I usually need to qualitatively warm up before rehearsals and just to keep fit. You will see my favorite moves and these very technical elements to my mind are essential for coordination. I hope they will be useful for you as well. Center exercises and jumps will follow.

Уважаемая Евгения - вы Прекрасны. Что вам ещё сказать, кроме этого))) Труда вложено в эти изящные движения - немерено! Зал красивый. Особенно хорошо продумано, что станок - пристенный. Красиво - Всё! Но если бы мне сказали "Жизнь начинается с начала, и есть возможность идти в балет", - я бы не пошёл, поскольку труд этот колоссальный!

Вы хорошо объясняете, в характерном танце нам зрителям это необходимо. Такого ещё нет на ютюбе. ( в основном выставляют свои видео просто открытые уроки или экзамены.)

Hola Evgenia Obraztsova, realmente lo que haces es genial y lo digo por mi y por la opinión de mi hijo Sebastián quien ama el ballet tanto tanto, pero sabes que te pediría solo un favor que si tus vídeos también pudieran ser traducidos al español solo eso, que estés muy bien. Ojalá mi hijo tuviera las oportunidades y nosotros los medios para que cumpliera sus sueños ya que tiene actitudes innatas con solo 14 años!!! Saludos !!!

Евгения, здравствуйте, поделитесь, пожалуйста, вашими знаниями и уиениями в характерном танце. Например весь станок в цыганском характере. Плие, тандю и т.д этого нет на ютюбе, уже год забиваю в поисковик такую тему , что - то появляется(всплывает(этно , уровень очень слабый,) а у вас гарагтировано будет больше просмотров и подписчиков,

Several pieces are played. The opening music is Eric Satie's trois gymnopedies - not sure which one. The rest sounds like a Bolshoi class pianist.

Hi so your correct, it is Satie, but the piece is actually Erik Satie‘s six gnossiennes, gnossienne number one (although I also recommend checking out his gymnopedies because they are gorgeous as well)

It is a technique taught as necessary for some, due to a combination of hyperextended knees and other factors concerning the construction of the hip joint and thigh. I am very blessed in that I do not have to use this technique. Any student for whom it is possible to close with straight knees should always strive to do so. Eric Conrad (channel=Ballet Conrad) has many interesting things to say about it - as it is a complex issue concerning placement and leads to instability. My personal opinion is that this technique is allowed too often for those who do not need it. It's often used as a way to save one from using their strength to open and close, letting students just skating over the floor (Kathryn Morgan's technique, i.e. Balanchine). This is obviously not the case with Evgeniya.

Yes, you are correct. It's controversial. I am in your camp about it. However, when my thighs were bigger and my turnout was not perfect, it was impossible to stand in 5th with straight knees without sacrificing a lot of turnout. But yes, you are absolutely right, it is a cheat, not a technique. I wonder if smaller thighs as a child accounts for the difference at graduation exam. The sad thing is that many dancers nowadays are taught to do this - and maybe this is what happened as well. If she did not do this at graduation then she obviously does not need to now either.

@@esstown well that's a different story. A fat person (I'm not saying you were) will of course never fit a V position with tense straight knees. But leaving the knees loose only allows for knee rotation which will cause injuries in the joint's ligaments, tendons and bones.

Чудный урок. Но как плохо подобран цвет костюма! Беда! Надо было чёрный контур иметь на фоне светлых стен. Перезаписать бы урок в чёрном костюме, иначе неудобно с ним работать. А жаль.

Это балерина, которая никогда не смогла бы стать примой в Мариинском, но для менее требовательного и менее классического Большого сгодилась для примы к сожалению...но лучше от этого не стала и не станет - не дано!..
