The plaintiff says she and her two kids are about to be homeless because the defendant, her aunt, illegally evicted her and dumped all her belongings in the driveway. She’s suing for hotel costs and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff is a drug addict and refused to pay rent. She is countersuing for hotel costs and emotional distress.

Life is not as Black and White as you would try to have people think. Everyone has experienced trouble at some time or another and could use some help. And obviously the plaintiff is not that uneducated or Broke, because Keshia Dorsey is now a practicing attorney in California.

I think it’s one from the cruelest things to do when they stoop to telling adopted kids (or kids whos parents don’t really claim them) that they aren’t a part of their family. And that’s IF it’s even true cuz it sounded like she said it to be vindictive. Only a horrible person would seek to make someone feel unloved, unwanted, alone, and isolated. She’s despicable. I’ve seen a couple of ppl on this show do that.
