Very hardous work, workers are putting lot of efforts to make a ceiling fan. Workers should be given protective gears & others safety measures. I really appreciate their work. Hatts of Brothers. Management should look in to their grievances, if any.God bless them.

Несмотря на то что многое делается на полу и сидя. Надо быть полным фанатиком чтобы организовать такое сложное производство. Кстати и оборудования не мало и очень хорошо все отлажено ! Молодцы

Основная беда индийской промышленности, судя по видео, это техника безопасности. Литьё металлов, покраска краскопультом, токарно-фрезерные работы и т.д. - и ни у кого ни респираторов, ни очков, ни спецодежды.

smart people and creative..it's rare using centrifugal casting(more people use die casting or gravity casting only(they mixed between gravity and centrifugal)

Both countries have similar factories or assembly shops. You just happened to see one better factory from India. However I don't agree that this is a clean factory. Also they used rusted shafts on the fan. The foundry was extremely dirty. Many other areas were not really very clean.

Man the Video you Just Saw is From Pakistan. This Fan making company is Taimoor Fans and they are Producing and Exporting Fans from Pakistan since 1988.

Unbelieveable that they still make things using such labor intensive methods and not just import "efficiently made" stuff from China. I guess its import tariffs. I wish I could buy one of those fans in my country, just because I know how they were made

This IS the "efficiently made" stuff. There's no OSHA to get in the way. And all the folks who moralize about workers losine eyes and fingers in these factories...have products made in their homes built in these factories. We don't make products like this any more - we have people in less "developed" countries make it for us. Great video of great work ethic in manufacturing.

Sorry you are wrong, China might make appliances and machinery efficiently, but not as reliable and as good quality as these. Also, comparing with Chinese products is wrong again. It would have been better to compare with more efficient country than that of China.
