Oddly enough, this is actually a real workplace environment. I found myself in. Even had to record the manager. To obtain the evidence I needed. But I found a better job so I didn’t have to take him to court probably could’ve sued him for everything he had

It's so refreshing to watch a pro like Will Ferrell. Too many people on SNL today lock in on the cue cards and don't look natural. He's a pro and just does the scene without staring down a teleprompter.

yes, that was my boss. Then she started withholding overtime money, breathing down my neck, and forcing me to work extra activities for no pay. I had a panic attack because of her, had to go to the hospital, only to find that she forgot to pay for my health insurance.

@@mikotomisaka8714 I worked for a boss who fired his own son, insulting and threatening him savagely in front of the whole, staff, for something so inconsequential I can't even remember it. Then he begged him to come back and wound up firing him again - the same day. Then he threw a mug at his paralegal's head because he accused her of losing a file and she found it - on his desk, in plain view, and I guess that embarrassed him.

I honestly don't think SNL ever did or ever will do any better than Will Ferrell...he practically carried the show on his own for much of the later part of his time on the show, with the rest of the cast essentially assisting lol. He always gave 110% to every single sketch, and it always showed.

Darrell Hammond carried just as much weight on the show in that era but gets a lot less credit. His Clinton, Gore, Connery, Regis & Trump were a massive part of the show in that era, and he had a few others like Rodney Dangerfield that are better than anyone else I've ever seen do. Molly Shannon, Chris Kattan, Cheri O'teri were also capable of carrying sketches on their own Will Ferrell it was just so obvious at that time that he was going to be a massive star for the next decade beyond the show itself
