Evil dead 2 inspire chainsaw

My second attempt of making an evil-dead-inspired chainsaw: The Evil Dead 2 version!
Using a cheap airbrush from the hardware shop which I never use before - has made a huge difference! It is pretty cool once you get the hang of it.
I felt it was more finished as I made the cuff edges and silver plate on the chainsaw a bit cleaner using filler and by cutting the cuff to fit the curve of the chainsaw as well as using chunkier metal to hold the cuff into place - which is my own take on it! Adding a wet-aged look gave it more detail to the final product.
Couldn’t be more happy! Hope you enjoy the movie...

Everyone who loved evil dead must know that there is a web series on evil dead where they have shown Ashley's life 30 years later and evil has returned at that time but this time Ashley is not alone must watch amazing series

awesome job man, alot of other ppl try and make the saw and fail cause it don't come close to the real prop.... nice work mate..

Not gonna lie, id find a way to wire up a drill motor into it so the chain spins. There was a guy at our ren fair that came as Ash with a functioning saw hand, like, it was a working chainsaw fully.

What was that material you put over the black metal handle? And do you have any advice for getting the material on there?

@@kcJOOONES hi mate so I got it from the hardware shop. It’s like a rubber hose. Think they use it for sprinkler systems or something like that. It was quite easy to get on, if you put hot water on it maybe it might be little bit easier. But I had no trouble getting it on just took a little bit of time.
