and KOF is much fast phase game than SF...KOF are lots of mechanics compare to LAME SPAMMING fireballs, which not look like technical to me

Yeah nothing wrong with that. Imo, Street Fighter is broken as hell. I never played it until I managed to beat a pro in all 3 rounds given. :| All of it was random button mashing. KoF is actually really fun because it's... idk better than Soul Caliber for combos. And it was more balanced. Sad they got rid of Ash though.

@Magi red that’s what makes the game so tense One wrong move and your whole momentum and match can be turned upside down. well tbh I just dig the professional gameplays of Tekken cause the outcome is unpredictable and you can’t trap people in the corner like how I usually see with Sonic Fox in MK cause TK is a 3D style you got a lotta space. low parries , timing , execution makes it perfect to watch but hey to each their own I’m just givin what I think.

Yeah KOF 15 looks like it tried really hard on 3d. It looks stiff and models doesnt look great compared to SF, Tekken and DOA models.

Eduardo Gutierrez Well, just because a character is one of the strongest doesn't make him the best. My experience with KoF is limited, I'm afraid, I'm a pretty mediocre if not sub player, and I don't mainly focus it. But to give another example in a fighting game I'm better at: In BlazBlue EVO 2014, there was not one Kokonoe player in the top10, besides her being the BY FAR strongest character in the game and most people having played her during EVO. I think that the stronger and more used a character is, makes others also more used to that matchup and therefore the character loses some credibility because everyone got used to fighting the specific character so much. Could be a similar thing with Mr. Karate, since he seems to be relatively often played due to his strength, but indeed didn't seem like the best choice during this grand finals. I could be talking out of my ass though, as I said, I'm not a good source on KoF info, I'm just speculating and stating known facts :)

He played bunch of shits, from tekken, blazblue, MvC 3, KoF, etc....and ofc SF. He was like multiple top 8 in all of those games too. Thats why many consider tokido as the best fighting game player, besode jwong and daigo

I have it and Im trying to find the attractiveness in it but sadly I found it very boring. I love the complexity of tekken movements so this is disappointing. What do you like about it?

@@sapitron you have to get into it. I like 2D fighting games rather than polygonal ones. About KOF13 I like the fluid gameplay and the combo system, it just feels so satisfying to perform long combos. The training system is funny as well.

+LingFeng Guo Thats why I like 3d fighting games more. You can side step or in some cases just leave the stage all together like in Dead or Alive. 2D fighters are limited in this aspect.
