You can absolutely take this out. In fact you have to when you have cataract surgery. You have about a week of restrictions and then you’re free to go back to normal life. It’s a very quick procedure with very good outcomes. I work for a doctors office that is the highest implanting doctor in the country. I see these down multiple times a week. Truly consider this procedure

I had ICL surgery and it ruined my vision with severe glare issues. Even though it is removed, I'm still having severe glare issues. Having it removed doesn't necessarily mean your vision goes back to normal. Is having glare issues after ICL removal normal?

@@manuelramos6083 Hi there, I had my ICL yesterday in the morning. My dad drove me to the the clinic because I had to take some pills and eye drops before leaving my house I arrived at 8 o clock at the clinic, relaxed a bit in their lounge. Then the nurse came for me and gave me all kind of eye drops. After this they placed me in a special waiting room. Quickly the doctor came to get me. He had a team of him and 2 assistents. The assistents gave me again eye drops but this one was to not feel any pain during the operation. Because I needed a toric lens (due cilinder/augatism), the doctor had to write on my eye so that he could place the lens on the exact degree°. I didn't feel anything. Then I had to lay down and they placed a blue sail over my head. He cutted a hole between my eye and the sail. Then he turned a lamp on, this was such a sht feeling! I wanted to close me eyelids so bad but I couldn't due the "thing" he putted on so I can't blink. He said "sorry for this I know it is not good feeling but it will get better". And it actually did get better, its a lamp with 3 bulbs and he turned 2 of the 3 out. He waz talking with me about my life, what I do and if I am planning something for the weekend while he was doing the procedure. And while we were talking he suddenly says: "and we done bro, lets do the other eye". I was like whaat no way that you are so fast. It toke probably 3-4 minutes per eye. Then he started with my left eye, again the placed drops etc and had had to lay down again with a new sail over my head. But this time I did feel a very sharp pushing movement. But it lasted luckily just for 1sec. But probably the only moment I really did feel a bit "pain". He did also a bit longer with my left eye, not sure why. He said that he didn't last longer, it was easy peacy for him he said. Than they had to bring me again to the waiting room where they placed me on a laying chair. I got tablet and some eye drops to get my pupils back to normal. My vision was extreme blurry and with the time while my anastesia was working out the pain started to boil up. My eyes were BURNING I had to close them to feel less. But still this was actually very painfull. Had to tear a lot (and I am a male, trained boxing etc. Lol). But this lasted probably for 40 minutes. After 1 hour waiting in the waiting room the replaced me to their lounge. (Btw I got sunglasses imd after the surgery). I could't see anything because I could't open my eyes. So my dad was helping me with the direction. We got some extra medicines for the days that are coming. And we went to home. When I got home, I had to vomit so hard... they already told me that it would happen. I imd went to my sleeping room and went to sleep and kept my eyes closed. I actually just got awake after 20hours laying. But now that I see your question I was like why not sharing my almost live experience. So now I woke up and my vision is good. I can see everything pretty sharp. I still have my sunglasses on because light does hurt. I have a controll appointement at 4 o clock today. Then they will check if my vision is 20/20 or not.. so curious. I am doing tests at the moment, holding my mobile very far and I still can read. This is ssoooo amazing bro, I feel reborn. Just do it!!! I will try to keep my progress here updated.

@@manuelramos6083 I am not sure what you mean by 20/70. Maybe theres a difference between our countries on that matter. But my prescription was, left eye: -9 and -6 cylinder, right eye: -6 and -4,5 cylinder. And vision is 100%, I can read all the letters on the digital screen. If the money is not an issue than just go for it bro! You will not regret it. The surgery was 6000 euros for me (including all fees due my high cylinder, medicines, check ups and life time guarantee).

Depends on how much astigmatism you have. They can only correct you to the same correction you get with contacts. But if it more than +4.00 of astigmatism, probably not. I do know a girl that had Lasik for her astigmatism, and then an ICL placed afterwards for the myopia(nearsightedness.)

My vision has deteriorated these past few years badly to the point where I now always need glasses or I'm missing out.in so much crisp clean detail.... Ugh it sucks having any slight blurriness when you used.ti have 20/20 until bout ten years ago.... Idk why I feel safer with LASIK surgery but it's prolly just my ignorance or lack of research but I feel that'd be more.of a long term fix/solution... But to be honest weather.i.could even afford/budget for it being a possibility, I'm more.or less afraid of losing my vision or it being any worse after surgery then it is because.jd honestly rather just accept using glasses.thrn take a risk of becoming totally blind an or even more.vision impaired then I am/might be in the future...m ugh if just hate the fact of having to experience adjusting to blindness after 36years.of.life finding my way around with fairly decent vision compared to complete blindness.....!!! So yeah idk the risk is sketchy but more.or less.sounding like it's had.more.success then failures but idk the statistics... But honestly just imagine trying to correct.your semi shitty vision an it just gets worse or leads to like ridiculously blurry/blind vision? Ugh lol anyone know the success rate stats on these surgerys??? I know I could search it but just asking others opinions instead.cuz in being lazy haha 😂
