In this video, we install an Artec turbo manifold on the 2.3l Stroker 4g63 in the Evo IX Wagon!
In order to get the new Garrett G30 770 Turbo on the car, we had to custom fabricate some new aluminum charge piping, 3in tight radius downpipe so we could retain the factory a/c compressor and lines! The car already has some Deatschwerks 2200cc fuel injectors, but it will be getting some more fueling upgrades before we go back to the dyno!

I watched all 26 episodes of this saga and really liked the project! I don't remember anyone mention that all factory made EVO Wagons were right hand drive, so this must be one of the few left hand drive EVO Wagons on the world! Great job! PS: I found these videos because I also drive a 2004 "granny wagon" (like these guys like to call it) just like the one you started with.

Trevor: we cant floor it because we dont have a vehicle speed sensor so the car is slow. KZfaq audience: great, trevor will install a vss and show us how the car boogies Trevor: Right, so i have this big turbo here that will make the car faster priorities :)

I use same thing a big wood clamp they work great for wastegate springs. I seem a guy otyer day using one for a blow off valve I was asking him why he said he was losing to much boost out it. So he put a 30psi spring setup in it

The AWD I think would be a cool rebuild that no one else is really doing is the eagle talon tsi. They’re getting to be a pretty rare car. I helped a buddy of mine build the 4g63 for his back in high school

GT3776 to a 78mm throttle body is my dream turbo setup but I don't know how it would perform. Or 3774 with a 76mm throttle body. You're the first person I've seen using a 37mm exhaust housing. I'm curious of the performance even though you're using a 70mm turbine.
