EVOC is an Emergency Vehicle driving course that is usually taught by a law enforcement officer or someone trained by law enforcement to teach this course. The course is a hands-on course so you will be driving so you do need a driver’s license. These courses are most often offered within the department fir the employees using their ambulances.
