GTA IV paramedics are the best no doubt. Patients kicking each other from ambulance (while there is space for them), paramedics driving poorly (due issues with AI+physics being complex to handle) and paramedics not driving injured to hospital are the only negative aspects. But by far I like them most. GTA SA probably should be as honorable mention. While its not that different from GTA III/VC, as far as I remember threshold for amount of bodies and time bodies remain is longer compared to III/VC, so they could save more, even though sometimes its not realistic: for example GTA IV paramedics can't save those who have fatal injuries, while GTA III/VC/SA could save almost everyone, even as far as I remember, those who've lost heads.

Hey can you do,Emergency calls? Emergency calls are only in GTA IV And GTA V. And Their Comparison respond time! Sometime when im in GTA IV There is enemy with firearm,So when i call 911 and selected police,The police didn't come at all and this is more difficult. Here what i need to for you. Police:Try something that is detect crime,Try pounch people and who is armed quickly take cover and call police officer. Now try call,sometime it won't respond Fire:Try detect fire. Else somewhere,try burn or explode. Make sure wanted level always clear! Because if not the firemen will scare the firearms. And then try call it,Will it respond? EMS:Now you see in this video you see paramedic has arrived automatically,So now lets call EMS in GTA V,in GTA V When you call them(EMS) They will just ignore body. This why long and ignore. In GTA IV They will restore your health,Does not contain armor,Also i saw that when EMS ignore everything they will change mind and go to injured people,Well there. RATED OF RESPOND. LCPD:Not long,except firearm cannot be holded. LSPD:Very long ,thinking that is. Emergency Paramedics LC:Not long,except they scared firearm.
