@@GoblinFromOblivion I was born in the late 90s, so I don't really rember. But that period, especially the late 90s, was a bit shitty for Spider-Man. The only idea on the table was: "what if we put Venom and Carnage again". Still I much prefer that version to the one of today

Most of the games were just going by whatever characters were popular at the time. Norman Osborne was dead in the comics from 1973-1996, which probably explains why he wasn't a final boss until the first movie game.

Man, fighting Doc Ock in 2018 gets me every time. Best incarnation of the villain since Alfred Molina. You can hear the heartbreak and betrayal in Peter’s voice as they fight… 😢

I remembered for the Spider-man Movie video game, I had a game code that let me play as green goblin.... That was amazing...and don't forget the spider man 2 Pizza delivery theme song 😀❤️ and web of shadows....wooooo 🤘😤🤘

Out of all of them the total for each villain is: Venom and Carnage: 5 (I gave Carnage and Doc Ock an extra point for Monster Ock since it's a fusion of the 2.) Doctor Octopus and Mysterio: 4 Green Goblin: 2 Electro, Kingpin, Lizard, the CEO, and Tinkerer: All 1 Also, something I realized that was interesting, Venom is the only Spider-Man villain to be both the first boss and final boss in more than one game. 3 games to be specific. Spider-Man (1991), Ultimate Spider-Man (2005) and Web of Shadows (2008).

Perhaps telling everyone which platform each game was on would be prudent, personally the only ones I knew for sure were the PS1 ones, The Raimi ones were on basically everything so it doesn't matter, and the ones for previous gen and current gen hardware were only available only Playstation platforms and PC. Other than that I am at a blank although maximum carnage was also on pretty much everything at the time also. Apologies Sinister Six is clearly an NES game.
