Daydreamer i wish they would have removed that stupid hair band attack in 98 and given her the enhanced 3-slash charge attack (instead of 2 in 98) that she got in 99. also in 99 she’s able to strike immediately after her earring explosion detonates on the opponent, in 98, all consecutive attacks after the explosion are disabled. if leona had those two corrections in 98, she would have been perfect. also, leonas formal military suit (skirt) at the beginning of a match in 98 is way better than the stupid rain coat in 99. Mai is also way better in 98 than in 99. so is kim

This is supposed to be a definitive look at the character’s art over the years, then you stretched the art from 4:3 to 16:9. The ngpc looks especially bad.
