How lucky... I did enjoy playing games on both PS2 and PS3 but now, I can't wait to buy Xbox Series X (the console of my dreams since 2020), because the PS5 is so hard to find!

seeing the halo game clips brought tears to my eye. I remember first playing it on the original xbox and wow... best way to introduce me into a game franchise. I love being born in the 2000's :)

When the first Xbox came out, it had some awesome games on it. A decent amount of games. As it evolved, games started fading for the system. It gained way more power etc each time but lacked games with each update lol. Now we have the ultimate series x. Microsoft figured since there’s no games for the system for real, they gave it the ability to play pc games as well .

It still has many many good exclusives coming out, exclusive is a loose term now because games can still be console exclusive and also be on PC. I do think that as the power increases there isn't much that takes advantage of it and uses its full power

I remember the night I went out with my dad and went to the electronics store and bought an Xbox 360, and a Kinect. On the way home I thought to myself, "wow I really have the latest console now" and now it is pretty much obsolete. Good times.

@@Osama-uj6oj what shape is the power button, and what size? also - what shape is the Xbox itself? if it is square-shaped with round edges it is a "360 E" if it is wider at the sides than at the middle it is an other version. you can also look around the back and the sticker will probable tell you (if it's still there)

I have owned pretty much every generations of Xbox consoles. I got an Xbox in 2001, an Xbox 360 in 2006 which I then replaced with an Xbox 360 S in 2010. Then I bought an Xbox One in 2014 and replaced it with an Xbox One X in 2017 and finally I bought an Xbox Series X in 2020.

With the duke, the reason for the shape is because they actually developed the internals and pcb for it before the controller itself, so they had to model eith what they had

I've been Xbox ever since the first one and I own all 4 generations of the consoles and in my opinion the 360 was the best one for user interaction as it was simple enough yet an excellent experience
