What if whatever you were feeling, thinking and experiencing was okay? What if we didn't judge our experience as good or bad? What if we didn't think that we should be feeling something other than what we're feeling in this moment? That it was all okay...
Self-acceptance comes in, and is most needed, not when we're feeling great, happy and positive, but in those moments when we feel a bit crappy, when things aren't going to plan. It's in those moments that feel uncomfortable where we can stop and ask ourselves:
Can what I'm feeling, thinking and experiencing in this moment be okay?
