It’s called gyro aiming. It’s where you can be able to control your camera by turning the controller. Look at the times he flicks his controller to the side sometimes. It controls the camera too at the same time. The same feature is on Fortnite too. He’s just using the features that come along with the ps5 controller effectively for example 0:26, 0:44 and 1:28

For a decent amount of these directional changes that is the tech I am using. Even though I am using max sensitivity, I am able to change directions quicker with gyro (motion controls). The major downside is that you get no aim assist for around 3 seconds after you use gyro. But I honestly think it looks super unique compared to a tap strafe

Extesyy is one of the few rollerplayers i really respect: Not because of his outstanding movement (which is a incredible skill on the roller) but on his sense. This guy has such high sense on the sticks, you don't see the aim assist anymore. (I have roughly 2-3k hours on roller and 2k hours on mnk since the switch) so i think i know what i am talking about. Edit: What i mean is that you can see clearly that he is manually mircro adjusting his aim pretty good. Most Rollerplayers relying on snapping on target (i know its not snapping, they snap) But on a close range so its nearly impossible the enemy can move his AA-Sphere out of his sight. (Yes there is an sphere around each character, its like a large hitbox, if you on it you cat horizontal and vertical drag on the player depending where he is moving to, which is excactly what a soft aimbot does, except, the AA-Sphere is larger then the actual hitbox so you can actually miss shots, and its even harder to get back on target if you just be next to the model since your sense gets widely reduced when you are aiming on this sphere.)

I agree however i switched to mnk and my tap strafes lurches air strafes and shooting have all improved. So for someone who only used configs for those things i Mentioned its bullshit and i didn't consider it cheating. But there were a ton of people abusing macros and auto exec files using configs and that was a real problem. But i don't think punishing everyone was the solution

The only reason apex took out tap strafing on controller is because people were abusing configs with things like neo strafing and auto-aim everything extessy is doing in this video is completely in range with everything a mnk can do gyro makes up for not having your whole ass arm to turn and his a w s d being binded to his joystick is literally something you can also do on mnk stop making excuses for why your ass
