@ELVIS-2022 It was the same drugs (cocaine) that Vincent was dealing with, the same drug that was found in Lorenzo's farmhouse. When McCall knocked Vincent out, he poured the drugs on the floor. He must have tied him up then, fed him the drugs. Vincent was overdosed on the drugs when he regained consciousness. Hope this helps.

@Vincent-Quaranta McCall is an Ex-agent so he knows how the system works. In the Equalizer series, he always does his job by himself and not leave it to the police to do it. He knows that part of the system is bought out by the mafias. So he doesn't want his effort of catching the criminal go in vain when they end up releasing the criminals from police custody. So he finishes his job by himself.
