The plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant, and they eventually started living together. The plaintiff says she loaned the defendant money and helped her pay for car rentals, but she hasn’t been paid back. She’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff spit on her and attacked her. She’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.

This is why I don’t let anyone stay with me even for a short time . I think in some states if someone stays with over a few days they technically have a tenancy and you have to evict them to get them out 🤦‍♂️ 😮

I never did that either! Too much drama, I didn't trust folks like that, and I liked my space. I'm married and pregnant now, so my space is almost non existent!!! LOL

Yes beware of squatters. Tenant laws vary state to state, some people only have to stay less than a week (even without having mail delivered) then you have to evict them 🤕

I’ve seen plaintiffs build a case to near victory on his show and when he gives the defendants chance to prove their case about harassment - as soon as there is evidence of someone coming to their place if employment the plaintiff loses idk why that wasn’t the case here

Judge Mathis sometimes rules in favor of who he likes the most. The plaintiff harassed the defendant by coming to her job and attacked her. He didn’t like the fact that the defendant stayed with the plaintiff and posted pictures of her posting money.

I couldn't follow this case. I am not sure who is telling the truth and has a valid claim. Unfortunately the defendant's blood pressure may be up due to her weight and smoking black and mild's.
