i have a question, im using the result of the vlookup which is blank. Im making a new formula in another cell using the result and using the "if" formula for the value, what condition should i use?

Excel. Year B9= 2012 Less than E8= 70000 Or less than G8= 105000 Answer this please im struggling Add OR function in cell H9 that will display the true function if cell B9 is less than cell E8 or less than cell G8 or otherwise display false.
