One of the best apartments you reviewed so far, Reds, that one ticks all the boxes, that massive balcony is fantastic, even got two el sockets, just put a table and a portable cooker out there and you can cook outdoors. What a find, 10 thumbs up! Reasonable price too.

Oh man I wish you had highlighted this place a month ago before I reserved my airbnb apartment. This place smaller but really has everything I need for a comfy stay and close to Soi Buakhao too. Compared to my Soi Buakhao airbnb I really overpaid! Oh well I will remember for next time This weather is killing me by the way LOL! Hottest I have ever felt in entire lifetime, in a full sweat after 10-15 minutes without AC. I don't know how you keep your walking outside activities in place. Even at Sun Fitness I can only last 30 minutes before I just get too overheated and cannot continue! I've been to Thailand several times, but this heat is really something ...

I stayed there for 2 months before the global shutdown at that time Marina house was 22,000 Baht per month wow they have really lowered the price

In Bangkok, prices are extremely dependent on proximity to public transport BTS and MRT. Very affordable apartment, great balcony, very good location.

Place looks great for that price. I stayed very close at Diana Estates on Soi Buakhao across from Tree Town (by McDonald's). Great place but I had to leave bc they just couldn't get the wifi squared away. Deal breaker!

Onnut area is a good area to look for places in BKK. Plently of serviced apartments there that aren't really advertised online and a bit cheaper than asoke area whilst very close still to everything plus international schools nearby and a big expat community.

Can you get these condos on short term 2 or 3 months ,,?

That’s what I have now a bad throat onnut is a nice place you can get condos 8000 to 10 000£6 £7 per kilo here for chicken breast

You have made some good videos but in all of these you fail to focus on the reception area and there is no interaction whatsoever with the staff. These omissions tend to lessen the interest value and result in a complete failure to give an overall picture of the place which I feel viewers would prefer.
