a friend of mine lives here, it's a little dated but clean, well run and decent value for money, great location.

A friend recently stayed in one of the units for a month and said it was quite run down. Complex amenities are nice though and location not bad.

Great video thanks a lot!. As you have experience I would like to ask you... I have a ticket with Lufthansa which transfers in Munich airport with a very tight layover (45 minutes) in the same ticket. Do you believe it is feasible to make it?

No worries 45 min is tight but enough if its on the same Ticket. The Airline will take care of that. Even if something goes wrong and there is an delay. The airline will book you on the next available flight for free.

Made a poor decision on a lady to end the night, but hey who hasn't at some point haha. 🙂 Let me know if you would like to meet up for dinner tonight to catch up and swap stories. My apartment is right next to Buakhao Market across street from Witherspoons. My treat for all the great info you share.

I have stayed there in the hotel at least 3 x I can highly recommend it. Big room very comfy bed very quite and great location it's definitely worth staying there 👌👌👌😊

Stayed there in 2004. It's older than 25 and same with the TV. Soi 13 at Beach Road has been my favorite. Next trip I'm booked Soi 5 for a week. Sea view $30usd/night. Then, over to Zing Hotel on Thrappaya for a week. $17usd/night. I frequent 2 ertainment areas. I like Central Pattaya, then the Gents clubs over by Pratumak and Jomtien. Thanks for showing Bella Vista...noise at night.

I've stayed there one massive issue don't expect to sleep till around 3 am in the morning because the noise is very loud outside. Okay if your partying and not staying long . Facts...

Almost 600 baht for that in low season is a rip-off! No safety box in the room, the area is pretty noisy and the room is pretty much bare bones. This place should've been 500 baht a night tops, and that's still a lot.

Very good for the money location good not to far out but a lot quieter could you do a top 5 condos in Pattaya you can rent by the month no contract great info channel

Pretty decent deal overall given all the inflation hitting Pattaya. Outdated? Yes for sure, but dang at least it has a pool one can swim in along with basic gym that is a big plus. Great location too except for the noise issue.

Please don't ever take your videos down off youtube Reds. They are by far the most comprehensive cheap to medium priced accomodation catalogue for the Pattaya/Jomtien area on the net.
