you could solve the problem with less than 1000 baht a month, you buy a sim car unlimited date in the airport, and put in mini router, and you have wifi for all your needs. Tv, watch Netflix or KZfaq in smart tv, with the wife from the mini router.

Is there a big difference from having the fan on or aircon on a lot. I dont see why as the both use electricity.

The fan will use around 80% units less of electricity compared to the AC

Pretty decent deal overall given all the inflation hitting Pattaya. Outdated? Yes for sure, but dang at least it has a pool one can swim in along with basic gym that is a big plus. Great location too except for the noise issue.
