How exactly is this homeless dude able to afford an attorney? It's not like a homeless person can't go anywhere else if they don't like where they are. My mother's coworker was murdered by a homeless person after closing the used goods store he worked at. Tolerating the unpredictability of homeless criminals/addicts is tolerating danger, period. Cities and towns should do more to get these people off the streets for the productive and contributing members of society that actually form the fabric of a society. People are learning that the hard way down in San Francisco and Oakland where businesses are leaving left and right due to the unsustainability of absorbing all the thefts, and the danger to employees with violent incidents rising, which is causing citizens to re-think their kumbaya bleeding-heart voting strategy, at least it should be if citizens are smart and want to save the communities that they live in.

If anyone needs to be removed from society it’s people like you who have zero empathy or compassion for the plight of their fellow man. The state is paying for the attorney. Which doesn't surprise me, they hate small business here and want to push them out, so I'm sure the state is overjoyed to be paying for a frivolous lawsuit against a small business. The same way he affords a nice clean new shirt. Being homeless isn't what it used to be now that the state subsidizes it.

Your mistaken, from the hours of 8am to 5pm most homeless people are trying to do things that you and me take for granted. 1, finding a bathroom to use 2, finding food that usually involves standing in line for a while 2-3 times a day. 3, finding a place to charge your phone 4, trying to dry and or wash your clothes or find more clothes. Its not as easy as you think it is....

I am a USMC vet have a degree and commercial fished in Alaska for 10 years, last 4 years we have lost 75% of our income and caused me to be homeless. Yea I could find a job, but I could not shower cause all the services like that are open 9-5, all the housing agencys open 9-5. The only thing that saved me being homeless for long period is Seattle having a 0 homeless veteran goal. So do not try to fly this let them stay with you nonsense with me I have been on both sides. VA says I can't have any roomates anyways.

Maybe the tire shop can make it a motion sensor light and noise maker. Something moves on their fences or by their gate (like throwing trash over) and suddenly there are bright lights and sirens or music for 5 or 10 minutes. People can get used to constant sounds, but not sudden and random ones. It's not a residential neighborhood, so they may be able to use louder noises at night.

Noise pollution is against the law. If we can't play loud music in cars then churches and.businesses shouldn't either. I got a church a mile down the highway and I can hear their music which is rediculious. It is the same song over and over. drums beating. It is also against The American Disability Act to deny the disabled sleep, food, or transportation. So by making noise waking up the disabled it is 100 years in federal prison for abusing the disabled. So this mans got a case of "Abusing the disabled and elderly". Which is federal law and a hundred years. So the man has a case despite his homelessness. Citizens have rights. This is why he got a lawyer PRO BONO. The lawyer thinks he can win the case. So the lawyer only gets paid if he wins the case. Many new lawyers work pro bono cases, because they have no reputation. They got to win cases and build a reputation before people will take them serious and pay them by the hour. Most pro bono lawyers take criminal cases because people in jail have no money.
