@@iambrelyevans sis when I said I look forward to’s, I thought I was listening to myself. I was just like you looking forward to what I could get. Even though I was a giver anyway now though I’m also just filled up so much with what I want to give even MORE than what I already did in the past. My situation didn’t make me bitter or scared but Holy Spirit in me said no you’re going to go above and beyond what you’ve ever done. So now I can’t wait for HIM to bring my king because I have a TON to pour into him. My vision will match his as I’ve already been shown so it will be a perfect harmony and we going to saturate the Kingdom with what Godly love looks like among other things He has given to us. @New Beginnings she's saying the ex husband knew what he was doing throughout the entire process including the divorce proceedings. He purposely didn't disclose the children he had and kept secrets. The only reason the marriage was able to be annulled was because he didn't disclose. He likely wasn't aware of that part affecting his plan. His intentions weren't pure.

So true......been there.....its terrifying. My ex succeeded in transforming me from a strong confident woman to a wimp of a woman. Even after the divorce he wasnt even around me and I would hear his criticisms every time I made a choice. Be it if I was driving, cooking, whatever it was I would hear him berating me. I'm only now slowly healing from that.

As a 49 yr old lady who is widowed and almost 4 yrs later now dating a wonderful man now, I can not tell you how invaluable getting to know yourself and your worth is!!! Ladies, please please stop putting so much value on how a man looks and how tall he is!!!!! You can be missing your blessing and your husband who just happens to be short in stature but big in character and ...... be everything you want emotionally and spiritually and what you didn't know you needed!! I am so encouraged by this story. I went through divorce nine years ago and like Brely, I was private, no posting, and I only spoke to my counselor and support group. Nine years later, I am living in healing, pursuing purpose and looking forward to my husband, wherever he is. I thank God for this show because it reminds me that living God's way is the only way 🙏🏿

I respect her transparency. This conversation should be included in singles and courting counseling. Plenty of people need this type of shoot-from-the-hip facts. In wanting what we want, we ignore the truth, often. My go-to statement is, "the truth is always on display, full circle.". I've recommended this channel to every single and married person I know.

Laterras, you brought Brely on the show for ME! 21:08 🔥 What a testimony, so similar to mine...I prayed and fasted, saw the magenta, pink and off white flags but allowed myself and other people explain them away! I also thank God for the experience because I am being renewed, restored by the Lord with a purpose for the Lord!

Brely came at the right time, I'm currently in a valley of decision with a man who's displaying most of these traits Brely is talking about, and I'm thinking to myself "will someone else love me?" "Why don't I just settle with this person, since I'll be 40 soon". But with this episode, I now know better not to settle into a marriage that I won't be happy in. I'm truly blessed by this. This was such a great episode! I hate she had to experience that type of trauma, but her best is yet to come! I'm in my waiting season as well and this episode was right on time. When Brely talked about not being proposed to properly with a ring, in a way that showed submissiveness to GOD & to her, I felt that!!! My ex proposed to me with a doggone leaf 🍂 cause I was mad at him. Like a young fool, I said yes. There was never an official proposal. Our marriage was about as flimsy as that leaf 🍂😂🤦🏽♀️. There was never a solid foundation. Pay attention to the little things. They truly give you a glimpse into the future. Great interview. I simply love Ms. Brely! ❤

Friend this sounds like my life way too much. Ex husband. Married no ring didn’t go on his knees, verbal abuse, kids not claimed, moved in. Smh. Jesus take the wheel. I had to really do the work. Jesus heeled my brokenness.

The joy of being part of this Dear Future Wifey community is that we really wish each other well. Whether persons are in beautiful relationships or on their way to having a beautiful relationship, we are celebrating with them. I kept seeing the notifications for this episode and the shorts and not clicking on it. Then bam! Low and behold, her experience /story is almost identical to mine. I mean down to her ex dude that calls her plum checking in on her from time to time and giving her guidance. Whoa God! 3 times today I have heard "We are healed by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimony". I hear you Lord. I will testify. Thank you Brely and Laterras!

Wow. I can't even really express how much this episode resonated with me. I tried to get an annulment but could not based on NC laws. I truly appreciate Brelyn's transparency and how God worked it all out for her good. On another note, I did want to know why they canceled Ambitions, though. 🤭 I loved her role on that show. They did not even let the show grow...just one season. Uggghhhh. I pray that Brely meets the man that God has designed just for her in his perfect timing. 🙌🏽

It's like sleeping with the enemy. When they talk bad about you means he had no good intentions for you. He married you to use you. I saw the signs and ignored them. I paid the price both emotionally and financially. You are right in saying that the experience was to teach us something about ourselves. Blessings

It's so important to learn through life. We're going to go through it, so let's learn from it. I appreciate Brely's contribution here. Her authenticity is so real. I've always enjoyed her screen time. She's very 'galpal' energy. I remember the first time I saw her in "Just Wright". She's a scene stealer and I'm glad she's getting the work she desires. The relationships that teach you something should be given to God no matter what you have to go through to get that lesson.
