CSOs should also make sure that children of non locals they have with Naga women stop using Naga names.

Only those who are Nagas by blood should be made eligible to contest in ULB election. Those who are Nagas by adoption or Nagas through intercaste marriage should not be allowed to contest in ULB election.

DNA test wether Naga or not for every Dimapur candidates should be applied by the state government &produce to the state Election Office or CSO's office.

Unnecessary duplication. The general ER for general elections, where realtime updates take place, should be the basis. DMC jurisdiction details are all contained there. Other states don't hv separate ER for municipal or panchayat elections.

During our forefathers time nagas has different clan with different name's each clan has unique name if some clan takes others clan name usually they use to impose fine for taking names.. but this day's even cocktail or nonlocal takes our names easily especially advance tribals names given to non local .... without knowing the meaning of the names
