After watching this interview,I come to know how great Mr Goutam Gambhir is..!! So pure and gentle soul..! 2011 word cup main jab sachin and sehbagh ke out hone par aadhe se jyada log bapas lout rahe the, I remember I was watching this match on a big screen in Jamia Milia Slamiya University Delhi.. And I was really impressed by seeing the performance of Mr Goutam..!! He was been a Hero for me for that performance in world cup 2011❤️❤️

Gautam Gambhir is the most underrated player in the Indian Cricket Team! Despite good performances in World Cup 2011 and T20 cup in 2007 nobody has ever given him credit for those innings. Really very bad selection by BCCI for ignoring such a grounded and humble player with good technique and temperament. Congrats for a great cricket career Gautam Gambhir!

CENTURIES were not important, G.G.was a consistant player, with many 50's, in his performance, Consistancy is a core quality of a class player. What makes sense if one player makes 150 runs, after 5 or 6 matches, whatever he said was perfectly right, Indian Cricket Selectors were unfair with him, he was a very sincere player, but nobody backed him, whenever he failed. G.G. never gave up in tensed situation..Salute to G.G..

Gambhir mein 2011 mein 32 year ka tha Sehwag 34, Harbhajan 30, Zaheer Khan 34 the aur in sab ko age ka bolkar team se bahar karne wala MS Dhoni khud 42 ka hogaya abhi tak khel raha hai yeh sirf aur sirf usne apni Shohrat ke liyen kiya tha ke uska naam sabse bada rahe agar yeh sab rehte to uska naam itna ni hota sara credit khud khaa liye isiliyen to Credit Singh Dhoni kehte hain use

Though I am not an Indian but He is an absolutely amazing guy as a human being, an extraordinary player, simply loved to listen to him and played a key role in winning the WC 2011 and T20I. For me, personally, Sachin, MS Dhoni and Gautam Gambhir are the three best players of the Indian Cricket. They are all great human beings and extraordinary players.

In the finals of last 2 ICC world cups which India won, Gautam Gambhir made the highest runs from Indian side, yet is forgotten. Truly unfortunate and sad :( ICC T20 WC -2007- Final - 75 runs ICC 50 over WC - 2011 - Final - 97 runs
