Just imagine living in this home the privacy no noise no neighbors just quiet where you can listen to your music run around in your home every wish to it is perfect. There’s a little things details. Some ideas that I have for the outside grounds besides flowers and you get a piece of history and you look down at the river and everything else you piece of American history there is exquisitely beyond and the location is beautiful.👑💯

when u have that kinda of money as drop in bucket for that person for Property like this anything possible & will with wealth like that , thats our %1 of us living, BUT is scary to me in nights ..if someone break-in robbed & kill u no one will know for months...u have to pay $1000s of dollars for security monthly alone to lives like that middle of nowhere

Too bad this house got sold before I could get my hands on $39 million. This is one house in the DMV area I would pay that kind of money for it. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. That view is special for this area.

This is just by far one of the most beautiful brand new homes because you can fill it with such energy and the moon is coming on the 23rd so it’s gonna be filled with beautiful energy for whoever purchases home. I will send it my personal energy, but lots of love to this home in the cliffs, I love the privacy. I love this square footage. I just love it all. it’s exquisite and gratifying to see 👑💯

Oh, the cliffs are beautiful the kitchen is astounding. The whole entire home is beautiful and the location is very private, peaceful, serene away from the world away from everything fresh breath every day in the morning to enjoy life. Just be happy and comfortable with a lot of peace and peace and outer peace, that can only be created by something so beautiful and happy moment of euphoria 👑💯

I actually drove up to the house, but the gate was closed so you couldn't make out the entire mansion. However, what stunned me the most was the views of the Potomac River. Unbelievable. I would put this as the number one house in all of Virginia.

It’s one of my top favorite homes the cliffs in the river and the Potomac river is just beautiful. The home is just extremely elegant my favorite, one of my top favorites. I love the privacy. I value that very much when it comes to a home. 💯👑

Exactly like he said someone who really values privacy and I do that very much. I actually love that. I could be an open book, but there’s lots of things in privacy that are mine. This home is amazing. It is beautiful. The River is absolutely stunning to look at just imagine standing there and drinking your orange juice or your coffee and just standing there in the morning take a fresh breath of air with all this beautiful green landscape full of energy. 👑💯

While everyone is in awe of its beauty and opulence, for 39MIL you are mainly paying for a dwelling sitting on a cliff with waterfront view. This property offers a measly five acre lot....FIVE acres only!!! Better off buying land can get 300+ acreage in prime location and build a similar custom in same price

I will take the view at that price. I am about 15 mins away from it. It is as good a view as you can get inland this close to the city where you can have open windows and yet have your privacy. That view is worth the added 10 to 15 million that I am sure was tacked on. It just got sold. I don't have that kind a money, so couldn't afford to buy it. I will have to be content with my 10,000+ sq. Ft cottage I keep as a vacation home in the Caribbean...not beach front but it is on a high elevation with a partial view of the sea on one side and then a view of the mountain across the valley on the other side. I was tracking Great Falls house for a while, so that how I know it's off the market.

Suppose you don’t like basketball? Can that court be taken out and replaced with a tennis court, at what expense? The views are magnificent though. Also pricey for a property highly customized for someone else and not on the McLean Gold Coast.

If you can afford the house you probably can easily change anything you want. Many wealthy people often change homes they buy regardless of how nice it looked before they often slightly modify to their own tastes.

DMV is District of Columbia, closer in Maryland counties and Northern Virginia. It is currently the highest priced home for sale in this area. Think 30 minutes radius from the White House.

Neither modern or minimalist - tasteless.... An infraction upon a beautiful area - genius would have put cheaper complimentary homes there - a small enclave for the ordinary to understand they are part of the American dream...similar to. Port Meirion in Wales. Americans literally fought for our land we should never forget that.... and we do. Such a gorgeous home, incredible views. BUT, it's location. Too close to DC and all the traffic. I've lived in Virginia, right outside of DC and the traffic was horrible 15 years ago. Don't wanna think about how bad it is now.

This is spectacular it’s beautiful I love the privacy that they spoke about which is soap so dear to me when it comes to living somewhere, the design is unique is brand new so you can add beautiful positive energy since the day one of moving to something like this, so beautiful I hope whoever gets to purchase his home and own it up with nothing but beautiful memories and positive energy and enjoy the view views the privacy and the location is this beautiful place to live 💯💯👑
