This is the ultimate dream home for me as someone who loves modern, but usually finds modern homes to be boring and cold. This house is so much fun without being tacky or overwhelming. It’s incredible. I would feel like a kid in an amusement park everyday

Enes is the GOAT of home tours on youtube. Way more natural and personal than other realtors. He just allows the property to sell itself instead of trying to sell the property, and doesnt using overexagerated statements to try and fool us.

Different from the past, this episode starts and ends at dusk! The interspersed interesting drama plots are also rare, which makes people doubt whether Enes is interested in acting. I hope the Hollywood director can contact him as soon as possible! 👍🤩🙏 The reason why I like this mansion is not only its vastness, but also the beautiful backyard and swimming pool. The most important thing is the overall sense of space and layering! I also like the design of a kitchen hidden in the kitchen, I feel like I am living in a five-star restaurant! In addition, the high ceiling and bright feeling make people feel that they are not in a closed space and reduce the sense of oppression! Oh my god~ the two walk-in closets in the primary bedroom are bigger than my room, just give me one and I'll be very happy! This house managed to be both COLLOSAL and also still feel like a comfortable home, even with a degree of coziness. I suspect that is tremendously difficult to pull off. It is a testament to the ingenuity and genius of the developers and interior designers.

WOW!! This is the best and well planned, floor plan design. It's massive and huge and so spacious, yet it didn't take away the homey feeling. Love the integration of the reclaimed woods designed canopy at the main entrance door and perfectly situated walls around the glass doors and Venetian walls. The bar design that connects to the wine cellar then it opened up to the play room and lead to movie room. Wow!

This home made me cry tears of joy. Stunning architecture! It is like every day would be a new adventure in this home. The pool just flows like a water fountain. You have no neighbors, this is paradise on earth. I also love the kitchen and the linear windows, so cool. Way to go Enes!

I'm at a division with this house, on one hand I love the house, it's packed with amazing features and everything you could ever wish for, however the architecture and design seem like an enterprise, it gives off a business building vibe rather than a homely vibe if you know what I mean. Like you're in a showroom or an exposition or something.

Such a nice house. I find it hard to envisage living in a house like this though. Would feel kind of cold as it’s so vast. The best house you’ve ever toured was the one that had the underground cinema/bar/museum. The house felt warm an liveable, even on a large scale

This is one of the massive properties that feels big, but not overwhelming & ridiculous. It’s actually a place you could comfortably call home. ❤ As a Labrador dog mom, the pool would be puppy heaven, and mom is scoping out easy to maintain puppy potty spots. ❤😊

Loved the tour!!! This is a never ending home. The arquitecture and interior design are stunning. But I have a question. How do you decide which homes to feature in this secondary channel and which ones in the primary channel? At first I thought it was related to the budget but now I feel like it may be kinda random. Do you have some sort of criteria?

The house is really well designed, it's sitting on a relatively small lot but they make the living space appear much larger and airy by extending vertically, i'd say the ground and second level has a minimum 12-14 ft ceiling height. The aesthetics is not my favorite, they stack a bit too many elements and color on the outside so it's a bit of all over the place. Usually for a clean look you don't want more than 3 elements or color, but look at the exterior of this house, you have grey and white stucco, black metal flashing, and then reclaimed wood, with a tons of windows of different sizes here and there placed asymmetrically, a bit busy

This isn't a house, it's a family compound! Probably 30 people could live in this house and not feel crowded. You hit the nail on the head... the scale of this place is insane.

If you can place 20M down + find 10 people willing to sign a contract of secrete part ownership, under some LLC they own, or leasing one of the bed rooms for 10 years maybe... you can afford the home ... its 7k per person at 25M for the purchase price... add in the adu... that lowers it to about 6K a month.... Now at 35M, full price, you have to rent out the adu for like 30K per month to a foreign business owner or something that has huge sums of money but can't buy in the US... those type of rich people or corporations... and all rooms then go for about 12K per month.... which many CEOs and owners can write off under their companies as business expenses...... Not bad deal for a group of Billionaires not wanting to have an island just have many homes in US that they just share in a contract with... I need to create an LLC or some Corporations that specialize in accommodating those that are in the wealth gap, with housing that none know they have access to.... its a safety thing for when they visit places.....they don't have an address there and its not disclosed they are leasing from me if that is possible... they could even create an LLC that own the spot within the home that is a cost per month and its a write off ... I mean it is California... .they love seeking out how to get taxes.....LOL
