He contributed to GVB being pushed out. How can the Rangers players trust someone like that? His actions will undermine the trust that players need to have in him since he has the morals of a snake. He also declared his integrity was vital at QPR before leaving for the Rangers job. He is a Rodgers-style careerist who will drop them when the right offer comes in. Rangers didn't appoint a more experienced manager and do a full reset now, which tells me they still expect to win the league this season and haul Celtic in. Beale, therefore, has to win the league this season otherwise he starts next season with those horrible Euro qualifiers and with the intolerable pressure of having to win the league next season. He doesn't have the Gerrard star factor to attract interesting names, and his squad is quite old with too many contract rebels. He clearly feels that he is riding back to fix the ship that he helped originally build, but its not the same ship and it might not have sunk had he not walked out on them first time around.

Jon McLaughlin is a very good GK, whether or not he's good enough to keep the first choice gk position I couldn't really say but I have my doubts. Katic and Balogun have left. Sands is NOT a central defender. So, I think another decent CB is a must. I also believe that Lundstram is not really Rangers calibre and I don't think he belongs at Rangers. If Kent wants to go back down South let him, if Morelos wants to leave let him. If Roofe has had enough let him go. If Kamara wants to leave let him.
